Daily and Weekly Tasks:
Assist editors in writing articles
Contact artists, designers, and photographers for interviews
Help manage social media accounts and other tasks

Perks:
You'll have a very flexible schedule – you can work from anywhere
You'll build a vast portfolio of published articles covering a range of topics and learn about lots of interesting things

Our writers start working 2-3 hours per day for five days a week (hours increase from there) and will gain first-hand knowledge about working with a top art and culture website. Writers will be paid hourly (with room for growth).

Daily and Weekly Tasks:
Edit videos for My Modern Met
Assemble raw footage and audio to create engaging videos
Create stimulating graphics, title cards, and visual effects to enhance footage
Color correct, adjust light settings, etc. to enhance footage
Work closely with other team members
Attend weekly meetings and contribute to optimization and strategy

My Modern Met was formed in May 2008 to create one big city that celebrates creativity. This month, we celebrate turning ten years old.

Looking back, every year posed its own challenges. But with every obstacle, we also experienced incredible successes and triumphs. One of the most crucial elements was the relationships we formed with talented artists who are on the pulse of contemporary art. We've always believed that the very best artists continuously push the boundaries of how we think and, often times, the message in their artworks are more powerful than words could ever be.

One thing that hasn't changed from the very beginning has been our mission to create a positive culture through the arts. Our passion for cultivating this type of environment has only strengthened throughout the years and we believe it is our responsibility to continue moving forward with this conscientious approach in mind.

As nostalgic as it is to look back, it's even more exciting to look forward. Our intent is to continue innovating—striving to bring you the very best art+culture content around the world.
